[g] Application: The rotating adapter is used to adapt clamping elements from the “Mechanical clamping elements” catalogue to the modular construction kit of AMF. This allows the first clamping of a workpiece to be implemented using the modular system. This includes the clamping elements 6472 side clamp without pull-down action, 7600 power clamp, 6498-12 side clamp, 6417-80 mandrel and 6418 support element. Features: The adapter can be rotated through 360° to facilitate alignment and installation on the machine table. An integrated support screw serves as a workpiece location pad. Advantage: Simple, quick and flexible clamping of complex workpiece contours on the machine table. Especially suitable for moving workpieces into the required height for machining in the machine tool and to clamp it safely. Note: The fastening bolts are supplied as standard.
