BINZEL hose pack MB EVO 25 > The water-cooled orig. BINZEL hose pack MB EVO 501 The LCD panel displays wire type and gas type, amperage and thickness as well as voltage and wire feed speed. The power source offers numerous functions that can be set on the front panel, such as Arc length, choice between short arc or pulse welding, 2-cycle or 4-cycle operation, spot welding time, pause time, choke effect, push-pull force, burn-back, soft start, etc., as well as three important special functions for optimum welding of aluminium (3 stages, automatic hot start, automatic crater filling). An optional water cooling unit is also available. It is a particularly versatile power source with low electrical power consumption (PFC) that is suitable for numerous applications, but especially for light and medium metalworking work. The power source has 40 synergy curves for solid wire Ø 0.6 / 0.8 / 0.9 / 1.0 / 1.2 mm. With the optional pulse function upgrade (Item 14715), it is possible to activate special synergy curves for steel, stainless steel, aluminium and CuSi3, giving the SYNSTAR 270 T 79 welding programmes.
