TC burrs General information Tungsten carbide burrs with a long shank Tungsten carbide burrs with long shanks are particularly well suited to working in hard-toreach areas. PFERD holds long-shank versions in stock for the respective product groups. Longshank versions are available with the 3 PLUS, STEEL, Z5 and TOUGH cuts. Additional variants can be custom-made on request. Tungsten carbide burrs with a long shank should only be used with rigid clamping systems and drives. Long-shank versions are not suitable for robotic or stationary applications.
