KUKKO tool factory Hydraulics Mobile hydraulic puller 50 t Mobiler Hydraulik-Abzieher 50 t GOLIATH is the first mobile Kukko puller for heavy industry, railways, power plants and other applications where large bearings, gear wheels or similar parts must be dismounted. With a pulling force of 50 tonnes, it is ideal for really big pulling jobs. The puller can be used with two or three arms. An accessory separator fixture can also be fitted quickly and easily. The central pressure spindle of the GOLIATH puller can be attached to the part to be pulled very easily and precisely thanks to the combination of hydraulic height adjustment and mechanical fine adjustment. The puller can be positioned easily and conveniently by one person using the Y-shaped mobile support frame with four easy-rolling, lockable castors, which also ensures stable placement for all applications. The pulling force is applied by a pressure cylinder equipped with a central pressure spindle, which is actuated by a two-stage electrically driven hydraulic pump with remote motor control. This avoids exposing users to the risk of injury from flying parts. The GOLIATH puller also sets standards with other safety features. For example, a mechanical safety device and additional hydraulic valves allow the puller height to be adjusted and ensure safe operation even under extremely high stress. Der GOLIATH ist der erste mobile KUKKO-Abzieher für Schwerindustrie, Eisenbahn, Kraftwerke und andere Anwendungen bei denen große Lager, Zahnräder und ähnliche Teile demontiert werden müssen. Mit einer Abziehkraft von bis zu 50 t ist er die Lösung für wirklich große Abziehvorgänge. Der Abzieher kann 2- oder 3-armig eingesetzt werden. Auch eine separat erhältliche Trennvorrichtung kann einfach und schnell montiert werden. Der GOLIATH kann durch die hydraulische Höhenverstellung und in Kombination mit der mechanischen Feineinstellung, über die zentrale Druckspindel sehr einfach und präzise von nur einer Person an dem abzuziehenden Teil angesetzt werden. Das Y-förmige fahrbare Trägergestell mit den 4 Leichtlaufrollen, inklusive Feststellmöglichkeit, ermöglicht die einfache und komfortable Anbringung des Abziehers und garantiert einen sicheren Stand bei allen Anwendungen. Das Aufbringen der Abziehkraft auf den mit einer zentralen Druckspindel ausgestatteten Druckzylinder erfolgt durch eine zweistufige Elektro-Hydraulikpumpe, welche mittels Motorfernbedienung bedient wird. Der Anwender wird so nicht der Verletzungsgefahr durch evtl. abspringende Teile ausgesetzt. Einen zusätzlichen Schutz bietet dabei auch die Unfallschutzplane, welche den Abzieher beim Abziehvorgang umhüllt. Auch in weiteren Sicherheitsmerkmalen setzt der GOLIATH Maßstäbe. So gewährleisten eine mechanische Sicherung und zusätzliche Hydraulikventile eine Höhenverstellung des Abziehers und ein sicheres Arbeiten, selbst unter höchster Belastung.
