KUKKO tool factory Series 800 The KUKKO 800 modular system is a pull-apart system, which consists of single parts that can be put together individually from finished pullers or complete sets. ONE for ALL All pullers have the same hydraulic spindle and consist of easily exchangeable single parts that can be combined in many different ways. High pull-off force The short KUKKO hydraulic spindle means that little manual effort is required for maximum pulling performance. No additional drive tools are needed. Versatility The modular system allows for a large number of different pulling options. • • • All pulling tools in the 800 modular system only require one drive unit - the compact high performance spindle 800 or 801. With its favorable installation dimensions, it has frequently proven itself in toolmaking and many other areas as a force-generating component and problem solver. The low-maintenance original KUKKO construction with the air trapping and slippage-free hydraulic system guarantees reliable use and and high performance. Complete hydraulic pullers, individual parts and pre-assembled sets are available, from which a variety of pulling tools can be put together. The pullers, separators or internal extractors can be combined and used for all types of extraction jobs in the industrial and automotive sector. Simple operation of the hydraulic spindle with a T-handle. The hydraulic spindle allows for controlled and safe working. It uses the entire performance potential of the puller. The spindle nut has a groove that grabs the noses of the puller hooks. The puller pressure deployed pushes the nut deeper into the cross-beam, thereby tightening the puller hooks onto the part being pulled out. The part to be pulled lies only on the large support surfaces of the puller hooks and is pulled off gently. 114 If necessary, a wrench can be used on the hexagonal profile for counterholding. The grooved handle facilitates adjustment when applied to the workpiece. The stable crossbeam enables fast replacement of the various puller hooks. The fine threads of the hydraulic spindle allow for exact adjustment. The powerful puller hooks are made of grade tool steel. With increasing spindle pressure, the puller hooks clasp the part being pulled out with automatically increasing force. A world in motion since 1919!
