Kugeldruckhärte in MPa 250 Temperaturbeständigkeit: • max. kurzfristig 180 °C • max. längerfristig 140 °C –20 °C • min. Anwendungstemp. Beständigkeit gegen: * Öle, Fette Lösungsmittel: Tri Per • Säure: schwach stark • Laugen: schwach stark • Benzin • Alkohol • heißes Wasser • UV-Licht/Witterung Brennverhalten (UL 94) • Allgemeines –/– Polyamide sind: - kältefest - stoßbelastbar und schlagzäh - abriebfest Verstärkte Polyamide, wie z. B. PA 6 GF30 oder PA-HP, vereinen eine hohe Steifigkeit und Festigkeit mit einer extremen Schlagzähigkeit. Das macht sie äußerst robust gegen mechanische Beanspruchung. Polyamid PA-T (amorph) ist durchsichtig mit einer leicht gelblichen Transparenz. Eine typische Anwendung sind Ölschaugläser. Phenolharze gibt es nur in dunklen Farbtönen, sie sind nicht geeignet für Lebensmittelanwendungen.
