Baureihe variobloc Kugelhahn mit Entlüftung (3/2 Wegeventil). Zum Anflanschen an Wartungseinheiten. Dient am Eingang der Wartungseinheit als Hauptabsperrventil. Betätigung erfolgt durch 90°-Drehung des Hebels. Einschaltposition deutlich markiert: Drehknopf in Querrichtung – Ventil geschlossen, Luft abgelassen. Drehknopf in Längsrichtung – Ventil geöffnet, Ablass geschlossen. In beiden Endstellungen mit einem handelsüblichen Vorhängeschloss Ø 4,5 mm abschließbar (oder als Zusatzoption mit Anhängeschloss, in zwei Ausführungen, bestellbar). Mit Schalldämpfer zur Verringerung des Entlüftungsgeräusches. Anschlussgewinde von G ¼ bis G 1. Wandmontage mittels Direktbefestigung oder Halterbefestigung am Gehäuse möglich. Entspricht EN 983. Die Ausführung mit pneumatischem Antrieb (BG 40, 50) ermöglicht den Einsatz in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen als Fernbedienung. Die Hubkonstruktion gewährleistet ein hohes Anfangsdrehmoment und somit eine hohe Losdrehkraft (erforderlich nach langem Stillstand).
