Bi-Metall Sandflex® 3851 PRX Das universale Sägeband mit verbessertem pulvermetallurgischem Zahnmaterial wurde für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen entwickelt. Dieses ist zum Sägen verschiedenster Materialien von Aluminium bis Edelstahl geeignet. Die stabile Zahnkonstruktion sorgt für maximale Schnittleistung. Je nach Anwendung sind unterschiedliche Zahnformen erhältlich: Abmessungen in mm (Breite x Stärke) 6 x 0.6 6 x 0.9 10 x 0.6 • Hook: Traditionelle Zahnform zum Zerspanen von Nichteisenmetallen, Holz und Kunststoffen • HA: Weiterentwicklung des Hook-Zahndesigns zum Zerspanen von Aluminiumwerkstücken, wie sie in Gießereien verwendet werden • PRX: Verbessertes, robustes Zahndesign für eine hohe Standzeit mit innovativem, abgestuftem Spanwinkel.
