Ob in Aluminium, Stahl oder Edelstahl, drinnen oder draußen, mit hartem oder weichem Fügegut, kritischem Lochdurchmesser und Toleranzen: Wenn es kein anderer schafft, ist der GESIPA-PolyGrip fast immer die rettende Lösung. Hauptmerkmale - Großer Klemmbereich: Ein einziger PolyGrip-Blindniet kann bis zu fünf verschiedene Abmessungen von DIN Standardblindnieten ersetzen. Dadurch entstehen folgende Vorteile für Sie: - Typenbeschränkung - Reduzierung der Typenvielfalt im Lager - Minderung des Verwechslungsrisikos, dadurch weniger Fehler in der Verarbeitung Hervorragende Lochleibung Der Nietschaft verformt sich radial während des Setzvorgangs und kompensiert so Bohrlochungenauigkeiten, Mittenversatz und Durchmesserunterschiede, um eine spielfreie und dichte Verbindung zu bilden. Sichere Restdornverriegelung PolyGrip-Blindniete verursachen weder Klappergeräusche durch freigewordene Restdorne, noch besteht die Gefahr eines Restdornverlustes. Spritzwasserdicht sind die PolyGrip-Blindniete unter bestimmten Bedingungen auch. Sie bieten mit ihren guten Lochleibungseigenschaften und der Restdornverriegelung eine wirtschaftliche Alternative zu geschlossenen Blindnieten. Wenn es darum geht zu vermeiden, dass Wasser durch die Verbindung dringt, sind PolyGrip-Blindniete eine ideale Wahl.
