CARBIDE BURRS TIPS & TECHNIQUES DYNABURRTM CARBIDE BURRS CONTINUED FOR MAXIMIZING PERFORMANCE SAFETY 1 Apply light pressure and let the burr do the work. 2 Keep the carbide burr moving along the surface to avoid gouging and digging causing a rough surface. 3 Try to end on an up stroke to generate smoother finishes. 4 Ensure burr is inserted into the collet and clamped down tightly. 5 Work on the highest material first and use light pressure while keeping the burr moving. 6 Make sure the work piece or surface is secure. OPTIMIZING PERFORMANCE 7 Avoid jamming burr into the work piece.
