CARE INSTRUCTIONS WASHING This symbol says whether domestic laundering is or is not possible and applies both to washing by hand or by machine. The numbers in the wash-tub correspond to the maximum washing temperatures in degrees Celsius and must not be exceeded. A bar below the washtub means that gentle handling is required with a reduced amount of laundry and slower speed during the spin-dry cycle. 30°C easy-care / Gentle cycle “Easy-care” items, for example, those made from modal, viscose or synthetic fibres (acrylic, polyester and polyamide). Reduce the volume of laundry (drum up to half full). Use the relevant washing programme. Do not spin or use only a short spin to avoid creases. Boil wash / Normal cycle Laundry made for example of cotton or linen, white, boil-proof, dyed or printed. Fill drum completely. Set the respective wash cycle. 30°C Delicates / Wool Wash Items made, for example, of machine washable wool. This washing cycle is characterised by a particularly gentle treatment process. Significantly reduce washing load (only fill the drum up to a third). Use the relevant washing programme. 60°C coloured laundry / Normal cycle Coloured laundry that is not boil-proof, made for example of cotton and polyester as well as blended fabrics.
