Der Nagelhalter ist mit einem extrem starken Magneten ausgestattet. 01_Head Aluminium meets steel: light, but extremely break-resistant where it makes sense. Hard and robust where it gets down to business. The inseparable connection of the components ensures maximum safety. Carefully selected aluminum and steel qualities give AluTec ® a long lifespan and high stability. The nail holder is equipped with an extremely strong magnet. 02_Klaue und Spitze Die Klaue und die schlanke, ausgezogene Spitze sind präzise ausgearbeitet und induktiv gehärtet. Auch kleine Nägel werden dadurch sicher erfasst. 02_Claw and point The claw and the slim, extended tip are precisely machined and inductively hardened. This ensures that even small nails are securely gripped. 03_Bahn Die Bahn ist sorgfältig gehärtet und besonders vergütet, die geraute Ausführung besonders tief chariert. Auch erhältlich mit glatter Bahn. 04_Stiel Der Stiel ist durch seine Profilierung ebenso gewichtssparend wie stabil. 05_Griff Der Griff des AluTec ® zitiert den traditionellen Griff im Handwerk – den des PICARD Latthammers 298. Aus gutem Grund: Griff und Stiel sind mit einem spe ziell entwickelten Zweikomponenten-Industriekleber dauerhaft verbunden. Eine spezielle Konstruktion sorgt dafür, dass sich das Stiel ende nicht durch den Griff hindurcharbeitet. Das schwingungsdämpfende Material und die ergonomische Form sorgen für ermüdungsarmes Arbeiten. 03_Face The face is carefully hardened and specially tempered; the roughened version has particularly deep checks. Also available with a plain face. 04_Shaft The profile of the shaft is as weight-saving as it is stable. 05_Handle The handle of the AluTec ® quotes the traditional handle used in the handcraft – the one of the PICARD Carpenters’ Roofing Hammer 298. For good reason: Shaft and handle are permanently bonded with a specially developed two-component industrial adhesive. A special design ensures that the end of the handle does not work its way through the grip. The vibration-damping material and ergonomic shape ensure low-fatigue work. 10
