FEWER FOREIGN OBJECTS: MARTOR‘s MDP safety knives are made of a high quality, metal detectable plastic. Even the smallest particles are detectable. By your metal detectors as well as by your X-ray machines. The metal handles are stainless steel, paint free to avoid the paint flaking off into the product. The blades used are also stainless steel. The knife cleaning is easy. MDP safety knives use a shade of blue that rarely occurs in nature, which facilitates visual inspections in production processes. MARTOR‘s MDP safety knives meet the requirements of the framework regulation EC 1935 / 2004 and EU 10 / 2011 and are therefore compatible with direct food contact.
