SAMPLE MACHINES, USED MACHINES In our special sale you will find machines as good as new which are not listed in the catalogue, e.g. sample machines from exhibitions and trade fairs. In addition, 2nd choice machines, machines with transport damage, sample machines, second-hand machines and the like. The machines of the special sale are checked for their function in exactly the same way as regular catalogue goods. Overhauls of purely optical points are not provided for, but are taken into account in the price reduction. Due to additions and disposals, the stock of the special sale changes almost daily. If you are interested, we recommend that you to inquire about the current status. You will find information on the precision of the products in the technical data on the catalogue pages. If no values can be found here, please contact us. The stated accuracies are achieved under standard conditions (proper installation of the machines and ambient temperatures of 20°C). Machines that are not titled PREMIUM are assigned to the standard programme. Machines in the standard programme are not designed for continuous operation, as they are subject to a special price/performance level. All machines may only be operated by suitable and instructed personnel. Electrically operated machines must be connected by an electrician or a qualified electrician. Machines with frequency converters or inverters should not be operated via connection plugs, but should be connected directly to the mains supply of the building's electrical system. If earth leakage circuit breakers are present in the building's electrical system, all-current sensitive earth leakage circuit breakers type B are recommended. AC-sensitive earth leakage circuit breakers of type AC (AC only) are unsuitable for frequency converters. OTHER MACHINES With the publication of this catalogue, all previous catalogues and price lists become invalid. All listed prices are subject to change and non-binding. The prices do not include packaging costs (1% of the net value of the goods), transport, unloading, assembly and, if applicable, instruction costs, as well as the statutory VAT. We reserve the right to make technical changes in the course of further development and optical product changes. The illustrations of the machines are partly with optional accessories. All prices stated are calculated at the time of printing of the catalogue. In the event of a change in the overall economic situation, e.g. due to a higher inflation rate, offer and sales prices may deviate from the catalogue price. In such cases, the catalogue prices would then be revoked. No liability is accepted for printing errors, mistakes, incorrect presentation or faulty technical specifications. For transport reasons, some machines and equipment are delivered partially dismantled and without oil filling. Auxiliary materials and operating supplies such as lubricants, hydraulic fluids and coolants are not included in the scope of delivery of the machines. Our machines are sold through specialist dealers. Delivery is exclusively subject to our terms of delivery and payment. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. In the event of resale to third parties, our retention of title shall remain in force until the goods have been paid for in full.
