Im Gegensatz zu dem bereits bekannten „kurvenlinfix“, behält das „Kurvenformfix“ die gebogene Form bei. Das ist immer dann wichtig, wenn kein Aufriss 1:1 und keine Konturlinie bekannt ist, an der sich die Kante des „Kurvenlinfix“ anlegen und zugleich festschrauben ließe. In einigen Anwendungsfällen muss die Form direkt vom örtlichen Bauobjekt abgenommen werden, und zugleich formstabil bleiben. „kurvenformfix“ zeichnet sich durch den stets gleichmäßigen Kurvenverlauf über die gesamte Lieferlänge hinweg aus. Durch Biegen in die entgegen gesetzte Richtung gleichen Sie kleinste Dellen oder alte Formen komplett wieder aus. Sie können jetzt die abgenommene Kontur gleich auf eine Modellplatte aufzeichnen, um eine neue Form zu „holen“ (später kann die Kontur auch mit dem Kurvenlineal „kurvenlinfix“ ausgefräst werden), oder schrauben Sie „kurvenformfix“ direkt mit den beiliegenden Schrauben (Flachrundkopf) auf. Deux inserts opposés garantissent la constance de ses qualités de torsion. « Courbesformfix » peut ainsi être plié à de nombreuses reprises. De section 22 x 22 mm, le gabarit est livré avec des vis à bois tête bombée 4 x 30 mm pour la fixation. Les courbes les plus petites réalisables sont à l’intérieur d’un rayon de 60 mm et à l’extérieur de 80 mm. Utilisation: «Courbesformfix» est le nouveau gabarit pour la découpe de courbes et la copie de formes dans le monde du bâtiment. Contrairement à la règle « Courbeslinfix » déjà sur le marché, le « Courbesformfix » garde la forme donnée ce qui est très utile en l’absence de plan ou de croquis, imposant la mise en forme à main levée ou la copie sur un élément existant ainsi qu’en cas d’impossibilité de vissage sur un support. Le « Courbesformfix » permet de réaliser des courbes uniformes sur toute sa longueur. Afin de pouvoir réutiliser le «Courbesformfix» pour un nouvel objet à copier, il suffit de le plier dans le sens opposé pour faire disparaître les formes précédentes déjà reproduites sur un support rigide. Le «Courbesformfix » peut tout comme le « Courbeslinfix » être vissé sur le support pour une découpe à la fraise à galet immédiate.
