71 Die korrekte Laufreinigung / Correct cleaning of the barrel 1. VOR DEM SCHIESSEN / BEFORE SHOOTING 11 21 12 1 2. EINFACHE REINIGUNG / BASIC CLEANING Lauf und Patronenlager entölen • 2 Filze aufdrehen und mit Ballistol Waffenteilereiniger oder • • • Ballistol Kaltentfetter tränken Vom Patronenlager her durchschieben und vorderen FilzPfropfen abziehen Putzstock herausziehen und zweiten Filz herunterdrehen Patronenlager von Öl und Fett befreien 22 23 Laufreinigung 2 De-oil barrel & chamber Konservierung • Ballistol Universalöl in den noch warmen Lauf mit Mündung • Einen mit Ballistol Universalöl ge- nach unten einsprühen und Öl durchfließen lassen • Leicht nach unten geneigt ca. 5 – 10 Minuten lagern (Rückstände • • nicht in Verschluss fließen lassen!) INTENSIV-REINIGUNG / INTENSIVE CLEANING Laufreinigung – Ruß • GunCer in den noch warmen Lauf mit Mündung nach unten einsprühen und das aufgeschäumte Öl • • • durchfließen lassen. Alternativ Filz mit Öl tränken und durchschieben Waffe in der Waffenhalterung oder im Waffenbock fixieren Leicht nach unten geneigt ca. 5 – 10 Minuten lagern (Rückstände nicht in Verschluss fließen lassen!) Weitere Reinigung mit Filzen analog zur Reinigung „Vor dem Schießen“ Laufreinigung – Kupfer und Tombak • Zum Verteilen des Reinigers Filz mit Robla Solo MIL tränken, langsam durch den Lauf schieben und zurückziehen, anschließend 2 bis 3 Minuten einwirken lassen • Neuen, getränkten Filz durchschieben. Grün-blaue Farbe zeigt gelöstes Kupfer und Tombak • Vorgang 3.4. – 3.6. so lange wiederholen, bis keine blaue Verfärbung am Filz sichtbar ist 31 3 32 33 34 • Vorgang 3.1. – 3.3. so lange wiederholen, bis nur noch leichte Graufärbung am Filz sichtbar ist, dann weiter mit Punkt 3.4. Barrel cleaning – carbon • Spray GunCer into the barrel while it is still warm with the nozzle down and allow the foamed oil to flow through. Alternatively, soak felt with oil and push through it. • Fix the weapon in the vice • For approximately 5-10 minutes while the oil takes effect (do not let residues flow into breech!) • Continue cleaning with pieces of felt in the same way as the cleaning „Before shooting“ • Repeat steps 3.1. - 3.3. until only a little gray discolouration is visible on the felt, then continue with point 3.4. 35 • Vorgang 3.1. – 3.6. abwechselnd wiederholen, bis Filz sauber bleibt • Achtung: Bei Kontakt von Robla Solo MIL mit brünierten Oberflächen, diese sofort mit Ballistol Universalöl behandeln, damit die Brünierung nicht verblasst bzw. gelöst wird. Robla Solo MIL greift weder Stahl, noch Kunststoff oder Holz an! Barrel cleaning - copper and tombac • Soak felt with Robla Solo MIL, push slowly through the barrel and retract. • Wait 2-3 minutes to let it work • Push through a new, soaked felt. Green-blue colour shows dissolved copper and tombac Konservierung • Nach der Intensiv-Reinigung muss der Lauf mit GunCer, Gunex oder • Ballistol Universalöl geschützt werden. Hierzu einen getränkten Filz durch den Lauf schieben. Lauf und Patronenlager vor dem nächsten Schießen entölen (Ölschuss!) Abschließend die Waffe auch außen mit einem Ballistol Universalöl feuchten Lappen abwischen, um Schmutz und Fingerabdrücke zu entfernen und Handschweiß zu neutralisieren • Repeat steps 3.4. - 3.6. until no blue colour change is visible on the felt • Repeat steps 3.1. - 3.6. alternately until felt remains clean • Note: In case of contact of Robla Solo MIL with blued surfaces, treat the latter immediately with Ballistol Universal Oil so that the black finish does not fade/ is not dissolved. Robla Solo MIL is harmless to steel, plastic or wood! Ballistol Tutorial-Serie zur Waffenpflege Preservation • After the intensive cleaning, the barrel must be protected with GunCer, 37 • UNIVERSALÖL 36 Gunex or Ballistol Universal Oil. For this, push a soaked piece of felt through the barrel. Do not forget to de-oil barrel and chamber prior to the next shot (oil shot)! Then wipe the weapon on the outside as well with a cloth damp with Ballistol Universal Oil so as to remove dirt and fingerprints and neutralize hand sweat.
